Guimarães C Visível é uma publicação anual do Município de Guimarães, tendo como principal missão a reflexão multidisciplinar e criativa em torno da Cidade, do Território e da Comunidade, com especial enfoque na área do projeto "Bairro C" – entre Couros, Cruz de Pedra e Avenida Conde Margaride –, registando as iniciativas promovidas no decurso deste projeto de desenvolvimento e promoção de Guimarães.
